Our Return Policy
At Yobi Paddle, our mission is to make top-notch pickleball equipment within reach for the entire pickleball community. We need to keep costs down so that we can pass on the savings to our loyal customers.
We genuinely care about your experience. It is our commitment to ensure that each paddle we ship out is of the highest quality, ready to elevate your pickleball play to new heights. However, we also understand that individual preferences vary, and there isn’t a single paddle that suits everyone perfectly. We embrace this diversity and aim to cater to your unique needs.
To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer a generous 30-calendar-day return window from the day of delivery. In order to receive full credit, please ensure that all items are new, unused, and include all original packaging (including plastic wrap on the grip) and accessories. If the item was used, we kindly request that you return items in a resalable condition and we will provide a partial refund less restocking fee ($30). If any item(s) received are deemed unacceptable, it will not be eligible for a return and will be returned to sender (postage paid by customer).
We want to be transparent with you regarding our return policy. Yobi Paddle is trying to keep our paddle costs down and provide customers with the lowest possible cost. shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer to Yobi Paddle. Also, we regret to inform you that shipping costs are non-refundable.
With all the information shared, rest assured that we strive to process returns promptly. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund to be issued within 7 business days. If not, we will contact you via email for any other issues.
Warranty
When you purchase our products, we want you to have peace of mind. That’s why we offer a comprehensive 90-day warranty from the original purchase date. If any issues arise that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, Yobi Paddle will stand by you and send you a replacement paddle free of charge. We would like to have the paddle returned so we can continue to improve on the manufacturing process and produce a better product going forward.
It’s important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, normal play wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accidents, theft, loss of items, fading graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear. To be eligible for the warranty, you must be the original purchaser.
We kindly ask for your patience as we process warranty requests. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your warranty claim after we receive it in order to properly verify the issues.
Shipping Information
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. That’s why we offer same-day fulfillment and shipping for all orders placed before 2:00 PM PST from Monday to Friday.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
We proudly offer priority shipping throughout the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays, plus an additional day for processing. For any updates regarding your order status, we recommend contacting the mail carrier (USPS) directly.
International Shipping
Sorry. We are concentrating on our domestic customers at this time. We might open up to other boarders in the future.
Missing Package?
In the unfortunate event that your package is marked as delivered but remains missing, we understand the frustration this may cause. We encourage you to thoroughly check common delivery areas, such as your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox, to ensure that the package is not hiding or jammed. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to inquire if they have received the package on your behalf. If after three days the package still hasn’t turned up, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@yobipaddle.com. We are here to assist you.
It’s important to note that Yobi Paddle cannot be held responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, including errors in apartment or house numbers, street names, and so on. Furthermore, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for unclaimed or refused orders. In such cases, we kindly request that you contact the mail carrier directly, providing them with your full name and tracking number.
Please be aware that if the carrier confirms the delivery of a package, including cases of theft or missing packages, we are unable to issue refunds or credits.
